Winter Solicitors

'I have been working in Solicitors firms since I completed my Honours Law Degree at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2001. I believe that experience is just as important as academics and this is why I worked full time during my part-time Post Graduate Legal Practice Course and throughout the rest of my training.

I continued to specialise in the field of Personal Injury and Civil Litigation in my first few years in legal practice. It is always my aim to make time for my clients; allaying any fears they may have and answering any queries. In my opinion, there is no such thing as a stupid question and we all need open, honest help.

I believe that my friendly, straight forward, down to earth attitude is what brings my clients back to me time and time again and the reason they often recomend me to freinds and family.

Since opening Winter Solicitors in January 2014 I have moved into the field of Divorce, Financial settlements, unmarried partners property disputes [TOLATA] Will Writing and Probate. With these new skills I have been able to give a more rounded service to clients. However, I am here to listen and help where I can.

I started my firm in Bacup, Rossendale because this is where I live with my family and dog. I have 3 children, a gradchild and I enjoy spending time with them, taking long walks, travelling, socialising and enjoying anything Disney!'
