LEGAL ASSISTANT / BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION APPRENCESHIP

We are looking for someone with common sense who is able to learn quickly, communicate effectively and has an interest in working in an office environment. The main element of the role is to assist the Ruth Winter, Solicitor in running the business and the office caseload.

​

This position is currently open to the right candidate and could be either someone with experience looking for an assistant / paralegal position and / or someone looking for an apprenticeship. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and IT skills.

​

The job will consist of daily office assistance and organisation such as scanning, answering and making telephone calls, greeting customers, letter writing, managing the work diaries, dealing with the post, banking and other associated activities. No experience necessary.

​

​This is a great opportunity for someone looking for an office career or a career in law.

​

Full on the job training will be given and if the position involves an apprenticeship then separate training will be provided by an independent company or college. The apprenticeship on offer will be level 3, depending upon the experience or previous qualifications of the candidate.

 

Benefits: Bonus scheme, work events, additional annual leave accrual and an early Friday finish [3pm].
