Winter Solicitors

'I have been working in Solicitors firms since I completed my Honours Law Degree at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2001. I believe that experience is just as important as academics and this is why I worked full time during my part-time Post Graduate Legal Practice Course and throughout the rest of my training.

I continue to specialise in the field of Personal Injury and Civil Litigation. Having also suffered an accident myself, before I finished university; I remember not be given enough information to help me make the right choices. It is always my aim to make time for clients; allaying any fears they may have and answering any queries. In my opinion, there is no such thing as a stupid question and we all need open honest help.

I believe that my friendly, straight forward, down to earth attitude is what brings my clients back to me time and time again.

Since opening Winter Solicitors in January 2014 I have moved into the field of Divorce, Financial settlements, Will Writing and Probate. With these new skills I have been able to give a more rounded service to clients.

I started my firm in Bacup, Rossendale because this is where I live with my family and dog. I enjoy local walks and sights, travel, socialising and reading'
